DESCRIPTION:We’re pleased to start our series “Indigenous Experiences i
 n Canada and Latin America – Working Towards Reconciliation” with the e
 vent Kairos Blanket Exercise on Saturday\, April 22 at 6:00 pm at the Canuc
 k Family Education Centre (1655 William St\, Vancouver).\n\n\n\nThe Kairos 
 Blanket Exercise is based on Indigenous methodologies to build an understan
 ding of our shared history as Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Cana
 da – through pre-contact\, treaty-making\, colonization and resistance.\n
 \n\n\nJoin us and be actively involved as we step onto blankets that repres
 ent the land and into the role of First Nations\, Inuit and later Métis p
 eoples.\n\n\n\nThe Blanket Exercise educates and increases empathy by engag
 ing emotionally and intellectually. This event will be delivered in English
