 om the Golden Age\, rare gems by Piazzolla\, and the best of contemporary t
 ango from Argentina and Canada performed by Canada’s only all-women tango
  ensemble\, this show is a captivating musical feast. Be transported by pas
 sionate performances by professional tango dancers\, this show is a close e
 mbrace of life.\nSolidaridad Tango is Aparna Halpe (violin)\, Valeria Matzn
 er (vocals)\, Shinjoo Cho (bandoneón)\, Yolanda Tapia (piano)\, and Sarah 
 Lahasky (bass)\, with dance performances by Tarek Marroushi and Estie Spiva
 kov.\nSolidaridad Tango is North America’s original all-woman\, diversity
 -affirming tango ensemble. It was founded in 2021 by Aparna Halpé to creat
 e fair work\, professional development\, and performance opportunities for 
 women tango musicians. Trained in historical tango performance practice foc
