DESCRIPTION:This roundtable centers Indigenous traditions as living practic
 es that support mental\, emotional\, spiritual\, and community well-being. 
 Indigenous knowledge keepers and cultural practitioners will share how ance
 stral teachings\, storytelling\, ceremony\, land-based practices\, and comm
 unity connections contribute to healing\, balance\, and resilience. Bringin
 g together Canadian Indigenous and Latin American Indigenous perspectives\,
  this conversation highlights shared values such as connection to land\, co
 llective care\, respect for elders\, and the importance of intergenerationa
 l knowledge. Participants will explore how Indigenous communities across th
 e Americas preserve and adapt their traditions to support mental health\, c
 ultural identity\, and holistic wellness in contemporary contexts. This gat
 hering honors culture as medicine and recognizes Indigenous wisdom as essen
 tial to healing\, resilience\, and the ongoing well-being of individuals an
