Kids Activities at the Latin Market ft Día de Muertos
During the Latin Market Ft. Dia de Muertos on October 29 and 30 we will have lots of activities for kids!
Ece Michelle Uvence has more than 25 years of experience working as an educator and teacher of teachers. Founder of Creative Cha Cha Cha where they offer courses in child care, promoting that children’s Spanish remain present as well as traditions.
It will facilitate a sugar skull workshop for children following the Cha Cha Cha Philosophy: Learning with Happiness with Puppets, music, games, crafts and more.
In this workshop We will learn the origin of the tradition of the Day of the Dead and All Saints in Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador and other Latin American countries. How are the celebrations and the similarities between the countries. In addition, the children will have the opportunity to decorate a sugar skull and enjoy a puppet show.
