A Conversation about Grief: Emotional Wellbeing and Coping Strategies for Seniors

This session offers seniors a supportive space to explore the many aspects of grief and its impact on emotional wellbeing. Participants will be introduced to the concept of grief, not only as a response to death, but as a natural reaction to all kinds of loss. The workshop will cover mental health awareness related to grief and provide practical coping strategies and grief practices to help navigate the emotional journey.

This is not a clinical intervention, but an opportunity to reflect, share, and gain tools to support emotional health.
