Join us for an energizing Capoeira Workshop led by Instigado (Edson) — a passionate teacher with over 20 years of experience, who has shared the art of capoeira across Brazil, Canada, and the world.

✨ Capoeira is more than a martial art — it’s transformation, resistance, and connection.
Through rhythm, music, and movement, this workshop will introduce you to the Afro-Brazilian cultural heritage that unites body, mind, and spirit.
