Navigating Grief Gently
This one-hour workshop in Portuguese offers a gentle, supportive space for individuals navigating recent loss. Rather than focusing on deep processing, the session introduces simple, practical ways to cope with grief in everyday moments.
Participants will be guided through light grounding exercises, brief reflective prompts, and optional sharing, all designed to reduce overwhelm and bring small moments of steadiness. No prior experience is needed, and there is no expectation to speak—participants are welcome to simply listen and be present.
The session aims to normalize the experience of grief, foster a sense of connection, and offer a few accessible tools participants can carry beyond the workshop.
