In this workshop the seniors will learn:
Workshop 1: Smart Nutrition in Older Adults. And, objective: To teach how to create balanced and easy meals, focused on energy, digestion, and disease prevention.
Workshop 2: Minerals and Vitamins that Give Vitality. And, objective: Explain which minerals and vitamins are key at this stage and how to obtain them from food.
Workshop 3: Healthy Lifestyle and Active Longevity, And, objective: To show how small daily changes influence energy, mood and quality of life.
Workshop 4: Living with Vitality – Toxins and Safe Foods. And, Objective: To help identify and reduce exposure to pesticides and chemicals in food. How to read product ingredients.
